About This Project

The Code of Conduct training course is created  to support your employees in building a positive culture and preventing hostile work environments and workplace abuse. This course outlines the company’s values and principles, and also provides a guide on proper interaction with colleagues and appropriate behavior towards the organization. It goes into detail about workplace health, safety, and security by listing down the rules and best practices to keep them in place. It also includes a lesson on protecting the company assets, such as products, vehicles, equipment, and more while conducting work responsibilities that involves them. The course concludes with a lesson on reinforcing integrity among employees through an understanding of bribery and forms of harassment.
